On the premises you will find a 5000m2 swimming pool with aqua park, a 1000m2 swimming pool, a children’s pool, an A La Carte restaurant (Gassabo), an English pub (Sherlock), pool bars and the café “Arena”, a children’s playground and a crèche, underground parking, 24/7 security service with video surveillance. Coming soon: 1 large indoor swimming pool, on-site supermarket, fitness center, spa with Turkish bath and sauna, hairdresser and beauty salon. WE ARE AT YOUR SERVICE We offer a rental guarantee (8% per year). We offer an hourly shuttle service to the beach. We will take you to the supermarket twice a day.
